PROBLEM WASN'T RESOLVED, IGNORED AGAIN

I would just like to Inform FNB that the money wasn't refunded to my account, if you go to my account, you will clearly see that there isn't any reference of money being refunded. I have rep**** to their mail on Monday evening regarding this, and no they are not responding yet again.

And they must please tell me where I was trying to Shop on the 23d of May, as there are now showing 4 times -R8.50 for so called transactions that did not go through, it doesn't even have proper references. I can put my hand on the Bible that I went no where to go shopping as we only got our Vehicle back from repairs on Tuesday!!!!! The last transaction on my Card was on Saturday at Oasis Shop, and I had enough money on my Card, I even had R4 left!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡
