Problem NOT resolved

On the 29/10/25 I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter. I "thought" my problem had been resolved as I made a payment arrangement with a representative from FNB. HOWEVER, this morning I received an sms "Your FNB Personal Loan letter of demand is ready for collection at your nearest FNB Branch. Please settle your arrears to avoid being listed at the credit bureau". First of all, WHY did I get this sms if I have made a payment arrangement OR is it due to the fact that there is NO communication within FNB? Secondly, I am UNEMPLOYED, the nearest FNB Branch to me is 150km away, do you know how much fuel costs? That's a round trip of 300kms @R800. I do NOT have R800 just lying around to waste on a trip to collect a notice WHEN there is a payment arrangement in place. PLEASE sort out my problem & COMMUNICATE it to whoever needs to be communicated to.
