PROBLEM FINALLY SOLVED
I hope someone in a Senior position reads this. I must highly rate the services of Sizwe in Authorisations. After numerous attempts to solve my problem through various channels, he is the only person who was able to effectively assist me. Well done Sizwe - I am sure he will have a good suggestion, based on our interaction, for future training of Call Centre Staff.
