PRIVATE WEALTH - WHAT A *******!!!!

Private Wealth ???? WHAT A *******!!!!! Holding my money hostage! I cannot make a payment via Paypal. My payment keeps declining as there is a hold on my card.

I have sat on the phone for HOURS, unable to get through to the Paypal department. I then called the support centre and spent an even longer time trying to get assistance with even the consultants FAILING to get through to the ***** and Paypal departments! I visited the branch and received incorrect advise. I went through the verification process to verify that the transactions that kept declining were being actioned by me and was STILL unable to make a successful payment. What the heck?

This is RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
