Private Wealth Terrible service

I am a Private Wealth client at FNB for the past few years. After a couple of *****ulent transactions on my credit card, FNB refunded me after a month's battle.

At the beginning of May, I told my private banker and his assistant I would like to downgrade my account to a normal zero easy account because I have moved to Investec. We just needed the ***** transaction to be dealt with but it has been 3 weeks later and they did absolutely nothing. I have sent 4 emails in the last 2 weeks and they refuse to respond. I just want to get rid of my account. Fnb Private Wealth is probably the place where you will get the most terrible service of all the banks. A bank like Investec will never accept this terrible service.
