Private Wealth Services - what a joke, keep the extra fees and do it yourself, seriously.
What a joke being upgraded to Private Wealth. Actually FNB's Private services are far superior. Been on the program for nearly a year and I still dont have a personal banker. The one I was assigned after 4 months - was a joke. Now After I called 3 times asking for a new one, nothings happened.
I need their services this morning, only to realize its like day one - no help, no support, empty promises.
No FNB, you are not helping me!!
