Private Wealth Service Suite is useless

I am disgusted at the level of service I have received. I have been requesting a refund since November 2022. A mere R125. I have been to the Parktown Branch 6 times following up and no luck. I am now on the APP chat "Private Wealth Service Suite" and bankers are just greeting and disconnecting. 4 bankers in a row. This is very upsetting. Just as I was about to ditch Standard Bank. Sad.....
