Private wealth pathetic. Building bond dreadful.

I have banked with FNB for over 5 years, have multiple savings accounts, a homeloan and my car loan with them. I recently started a building project and have been trying to finalise the building bond and first progress payment for the last 6 months. I have funded 56% of the project by myself (which the FNB valuator has confirmed on a site visit 3 weeks ago) and yet I have not received one cent from them. This has been the most pathetic service I have ever received and wish I never registered with them. My advice for private wealth clients move to another bank who has better service than this! Really shocking service and its impossible to speak to anyone who know whats going on and can help. Very very disappointing FNB
