Private Wealth Dog suite - FNB deleted my banking profile without any reason.

My name is Michael Bezuidenhout, and this is my story. I have a private wealth cheque account with FNB. Two days ago, when I was trying to login to my FNB banking profile, a pop-up message said that a request had been made to delete this user B6. I was shocked very shocked because my money (hundreds of thousands) is still in my money maximiser account and I've got no control over it. My debits will all fail tomorrow, and the loans that I have with FNB will not be paid. Well, they can't be paid because I don't have access to my banking profile. Some idiot at fnb deleted my profile. Probably stole my money too. I sent an email to the Private Wealth Dog Suite, and they closed my case without contacting me. The reference is CAS-**********8-R9K8W5. (case was opened at 8;30am and closed at 11:00am without anyone contacting me) I can firmly say, that I do NOT recommend this bank. If anyone reads this review and you bank with FNB. Please do not upgrade to private wealth status. It's high fees with no added benefits. All you get is a rude suite with rude bankers that don't care. If you had asked me five years ago who the best bank was, I would have said FNB hands down. I'm not sure if they got new management or new workers. But they went downhill. Someone will comment on my review stating someone will contact me or some nonsense like that. It really does not matter since my debits will all bounce at midnight. I can't even pay my lights and water or medical aid. I hope fnb can communicate more with their clients, let them know two or three weeks prior that you are deleting their banking profile for no reason so they can make alternative arrangements with another bank. You can't do it two days before debit day. The only way to prevent my debits from bouncing and keeping me as a client will be for FNB to immediately bump up my private wealth cheque overdraft to prevent my debits from failing. I will also need to transfer all my money out of FNB and into my new capitec account that was opened yesterday.
