Private Wealth Client!
I got a call by FNB two months ago to upgrade my private client account to private wealth with a price lock for 3 months, worst mistake ever. They have debited my account two months for the private wealth premiums when it was supposed to have been price locked. Been speaking to my banker since last week who has been promising a reversal and to date nothing has been done. Morgan, Andrew And Manganye, Tebatso read my emails promise me feedback shortly then don’t respond. Absolutely disappointed with FNB. I’m tired of sending emails and I want this resolved asap

13 Sept 2024, 06:23This month again I have been debited an incorrect amount. I was told there would be a price freeze till November. I am not waiting 7 days for a reversal, I’m really frustrated with FNB and the false information they provide
