Private Wealth Banking Pathetic at FNB

Im a private wealth banking client (or so they call it). Have not met my banker face to face in more than 1 year. He has not met with me to understand our financial needs as a family. Have submitted two requests of which one i had to follow up twice before getting feedback and the second request has taken more than 14 days and 4 emails without success.
