Private wealth banking credibility

So again i'm resorting to Hello Peter as this way i get the query resolved.<br> <br> Part of my decision when considering to join the private wealth client suite was due to the fact that they offer all these benefits and advice regarding investments and how to manage your wealth.<br> <br> I tried to do something very simple and that is applying for a Stock Broking Account. This cannot be done online so i asked my private banker to assist on 29 Jan 15. I did get a response which was incorrect. I corrected my banker by making print screens and advising the way suggested cannot be done. A call was logged and the wait began. A few days later i tried to phone the number on the reference supp**** and that too led to someone that couldn't assist me. So the call was probably logged to the wrong department.<br> <br> So far i'm really debating if this Private banking has any benefit as my premier/platinum service was way way better. I thought perhaps I just have a bad private banker and want to change him now. Even trying to do this seems impossible and not realizing.<br> <br> So after 3 weeks i'm still trying to open a stock broking account with FNB and still sitting with the same unhelpful private banker
