Private wealth

My account keeps running further in arrears due to unhelpful personal banker who suppose to sort my stuff out and all they do is shunt me to pillar and post without any help. Now my account runs me down in dept and i will not pay a cent towards this. Until fnb can fix the mistakes then ill start paying
