Private wealth

FNB private wealth is a joke. There's nobody to help. what's the point. I can't even get help with resetting my password. When I go to the app it prompts me to reset my username and password in order to unblock it. However, Otp is being sent to an incorrect number so I can't retrieve it. When I choose "I cant see otp" on the banking app it says to reset otp settings on fnb.co.za but when I go there it says profile blocked continue to app. So it's an endless loop.
