Private Wealth *****

I reported several *****ulent transactions on my Private Wealth Credit Card Account in December 2023. Instead of investigating they came back and asked if I have tried to contact the merchant? which merchant when i have not interacted with the said company??

I have not heard from the bank since.

1. Upon realizing suspicious transactions, I contact the bank, first reported on the APP then called them 2. On the same day that I spoke to the call Centre agent the said transactions disappeared from my app transaction history 3. Luckily, they are still there on my bank statement for the 24th and 26th November 2023 4. I'm not sure what the ***** department is for if I have to beg for FNB to tell me what happened to my money
