Private clients, what a ****. Quick to get you on the account, worse service than accounts below it.
***9 reference number: they cancelled my GF card due to 'Documents not recieved' after I sent them the documents after the very first notification that they are waiting for it.
I've been on hold now for about 30 min waiting for my so called 'Private Banker' Shani Kotze. I've asked FNB Private Client department to phone me for over 2 hours now.
Man it's going to be a mission to cancel my accounts but never doing this again. HORRIBLE
