Private Clients Upgrade that was a Downgrade

At the end of December 2018 I was informed by the FNB banking app that I was eligible to upgrade my FNB (Platinum) Premium credit card to Private Clients so I accepted the offer which seemed easy and painless. Then my problems began my existing accounts credit was transferred which meant the Premium credit card I had in my possession now didn't have credit. The actual account changed (instead of the last 4 numbers) which meant that all my debits that came off the existing account no longer worked and I had to be changed. I tried depositing funds into my Premium account so that there would be funds for my kids travelling back from holiday but the funds went to the new account. Then I discovered that I didn't receive ebucks (despite significant expenditure) for December and have been informed that I am liable for the slow lounge entries, because I accepted FNB offer to upgrade my account. I had a Premier account in perfect standing that worked, now I have account that are according to FNB not aligned and therefore I lose my benefits. Whats the point of offering me an upgrade credit card that is meant to have superior services that causes me stress, loss of benefits? Surely this should have been explained at the outset. Now to remedy it I must spend an additional R200 a month over and above the upgrade I am already paying and no doubt go through another account number change. This is not service. I signed up for improved service not to get messed around and waste my time sorting out things that should have been clear at the outset, not a so called private banker calling me weeks after I have signed up. I am not impressed. I want the benefits due to me in my ebucks account. I want the slow lounge fees reversed and I want a proper explanation from FNB as to the actual difference in costs I would pay from FNB Premier, with a petrol card, 2 additional cards, and epics compared to Private clients with the same. Then I can make an informed decision and not feel hustled by my bank and treated like I am wrong. FNB offered me service which I accepted that in turn messed up my banking experience and benefits. This was in NO way made clear to me at the time of the upgrade. I look forward to resolving this issue.
