Private Clients ****ty service

I am a private client with FNB and pay 399 a month for this service but dear oh dear there is NO service. I app**** for covid 19 relief on my credit card and it was approved but still i am phoned daily about my outstanding credit card payment????? After numerous phone calls yesterday to fnb private suite I eventually git hold of my personal banker whi assured me that my credit card would be paid yesterday out of the covid 19 relief personal loan FNB approved by fnb as this was a system error. Today i checked an still my credit card installment is not paid????? Why do i have to pay 399 per month for ****ty service?????
