Private clients suite is a ****

Private clients suite is a ****, every time I need assistance my bankers are out of the office with no communication that they will be away. When I was pitched this product I was advised that I will have a dedicated banker to assist me.I am not even referred to any other bankers for assistance.

Paying over R400 a month for these services while having to act as my own banker and go through all the channels that I was assured I wouldn't need to by that taking this product.

Bankers just sell you this product and forget about you. In all my previous posts I complain about the absolutely poor service received from them with no form of accountability.
