Palesa Mahange must just be made head of customer solutions, if such a post exists in FNB... This lady is passionate about customer service, she is prompt in her responses, she acts on her promises and is very understanding. It's comforting to know there's still individual with a passion for the customer. She is a service role model and must keep it up
