Private Clients - Pathetic service

I requested assistance with Private Clients on TUESDAY at 13h36. Up till now, no one has bothered to contact me. Is This the Service I am paying for? Are your staff too busy to assist clients? or do I have the WRONG person assigned to my portfolio?
