Private Clients not better than Premier

Update to my previous post. Still no joy from FNB. This is my second time upgrading to private clients. The last time I downgraded due to poor service and it seems like I will be doing that again. You are promised a private advisor who is suppose to provide you with the best service but the service is no different from their Premier account. Infact, I also have an account with SA's 'blue flag bank' and I recieve much better service from them while only having a Prestige Banking Account compared to a so called 'Private Client' account with FNB. So my advise, DO NOT UPGRADE TO PRIVATE CLIENTS IF OFFERED
