Private clients nonexistent service

I’ve been paying for an account that is supposed to include the service of a private banker. For two years I’ve had ZERO ASSISTANCE FROM MY ASSIGNED PRIVATE BANKERS. Two different people. I’ve complained multiple times but nothing changes. FNB can’t even provide clients with editable documents for signing. They need to be printed and signed because they won’t even accept their own policies in this regard. Shocking.
