Private clients n credit card department

I have a Private Client with a cheque n credit card from FNB. The payment due date from my credit card is 26 of the month. I made a payment on 15, 23 last month. I made another payment on 02/09 on the same day I received an notification that my credit card is overdue on the same day I request my banker to investigate. On 05/ 09 I received a call from the credit card department informing me not to worry. 10 minutes later money is debited from my account I call the banker who hasn't responded since the 2nd to enquire she also doesn't understand n promises to investigate n revert. It's been 7 working days nobody can respond to my three questions 1. If there was a payment due (n there wasn't)on 26 why didn't they debit as per the contract, 2, they have incorrectly debited my account n inconvenienced me but my credit card balance remains the same 3. The interest is calculated incorrectly. It's simple, they have made mistake but just too arrogant to admit n fix it.
