Private clients... more like number to us

Absolutely terrible service, or non existent service.

I had been a client of FNB for many years, and to be fair I was quite happy. Until I got moved to private clients. What a load of absolute bull**** this product is. Your bank fees increase for absolutely nothing. I was given a private banker by the name of Lerato... who.i.might add is a rude child fresh out of high school with no emotional intelligence. She is never available never returns call, yesterday I made more than 12 calls to her number not one phone call was answered. What do people pay for... never the less this is the reason I've been trying to close my accounts with FNB with no luck. Please can someone close my accounts so everyone can be on their way. It's not rocket science. I would never recommend FNB to anyone. Paid 10 000 to have my accounts closed and guess what still no service. Bunch of ****ers.
