PRIVATE CLIENTS IS USELESS
FNB Private clients is just a useless **** where you pay exorbitant banking fees for bankers who cant even help you with basic loan assistance!!! I have to call and call to get hold of my banker, who i only found out who it was yesterday, and its going no where. i got a call in my lunch time while i was eating.. another 3 mails later and trying to call back with no success... private clients is useless, its the same as normal call center service. i have been a private clients customer for a year and this is the first time i actually need assistance. One inquiry in a year and they cant even take a call, give feedback or offer the service that i have been paying for!!!!
