Private Clients Credit Card - Pending Application

Greetings As a newly switched client, I must say I'm very disappointed with the Sla, service delivery and non communication as well. As I speak, it has taken me 2 weeks to have my approved credit card delivered to me and have my limits loaded accordingly. I have tried involving my team of Bankers, but no help has prevailed as I have been getting false communication of my limits being loaded. The purpose this card would've served has spoiled my experience as I wanted to use it for a car rental as I have a family funeral to attend to. Therefore, if my card and limits are not loaded by close of business tomorrow, please render me a client lost as I will pay up my fusion account and have it closed by my next salary date.
