Private Clients ChqAcc, No Response from Private Banker

I have private client cheque account with FNB, and on sales it say have private banker dedicate go guy. I have sent numerous email trying to establish communication with my private banker no response almost to a after joining account.

When sending secure message to bankers, they will escalate and will be called in the following day. None of promises were kept
