PRIVATE CLIENTS CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

I wanted to see how much I would get if I were to shift from Premier credit card to private clients, requested for a quote using my phone FNB app. I then received a quote which I was required within 19 days (if my memory serves me well). I chose not to sign the quote as I felt like the product was not meeting my needs and the monthly charges are too high for me. But before I knew it, I was moved to a Private Clients credit card! I also received a call from courier company in Durban wanted to verify my address, I declined the card delivery, later on was called by bank staff member from FNB private clients, she tried to convince me to migrate into private clients card, but I denied it! Days later I noticed the amount owed to FNB card had increased by R600+, which I asked her why was that, she **** to me that I widrew some cash and bought airtime from my account, when I study the statement, these R600+ was actually from charges of the new private client card which I never even agreed to. I told her to migrate my card back to premier and she must account for the payment of the accrued monies. She sent me a contract with an initiation fee of R175, I told her I wont be responsible for that, she **** to me again that I will not be charged that amount, but I must sign a form with an initiation fee!! I refuse to be victimized by this greedy bank.
