Private clients banking is a waste of time and money!

I have been a good paying customer at this bank. I pay an absolute premium to be assigned a private banker. This service is by far the worst service ever supp**** by fnb! The banker is never available, the private clients suit always rings and does not answer. I have had 3 different bankers assigned to my account, no stability in the service.
