Private client without the support

I have been trying to get help with drawing up a will since last year, unfortunately the private banker assigned to has not helped me at all his name is John Rampai.

He sent me the form which I should complete without explaining to me how I should complete it. Then I rep**** to his email and asked him to assist me and he did bother to reply to my email.

Then after a few months I decided to get help from Otsile, who assisted me with increasing my credit card limit. I sent him an email and he also did not reply. I asked if he could at least send me a dummy will, that I can use.

Then on the same day I phoned Mogale Lefakane, who promised to call me at 12:00. Guess what he also did not bother to email me or let alone phone me back.

Now I don't understand the reason for me being on the private clients package. I just need help with completing my last will and testament and making sure that my fiance can get some of the benefits I'm getting as a private clients member.

Can someone please assist me.
