Private Client - with no real benefits

I was a FNB premier banker and I always paid my monthly fee. Until my salary was reduced by more than 50%. Private banking means nothing as you get to deal with people that does not know how to deal with you and your situation. I asked them to downgrade my account and this was not even done. I decided to move banks as I could not afford the bank charges. Till today I am waiting for someone to tell me if my request was done to downgrade.
