Private client that can’t even get a small loan

Really disappointed with FNB. After many years of being a customer, healthy management of my finances (to the point that I’m being continuously offered private banking services) and squeaky clean credit record, they are unwilling to grant me a R 19 000 loan as surety for a student’s studies

Apparently I do not have a credit record and I need to take out a clothing account I.e taking out more dept. Come now FNB you have access to all my financial details and know that there is very limited if any risk in issuing this loan. For many years I have demonstrated the ability to service credit
