Private Client Service Suite or Not?

what a waste of time.... FNB left me hanging while some guys Wanda told me to hold for him i was then reconnected to a different consultant having to explain my issue again all from over.... I can't till i'm in a position to switch banks, i've had nothing but bad service, unhelpful staff with FNB
