Private Client , private banker

<p>I'm an FNB private client , they say you get a private banker , however they forget to tell you that this private banker might never be avaialble or they just can not help you at all .</p> <p> </p> <p>Every experience I've had with my private banker has resulted in me doing everything myself , they can not assist with getting bank statements ready for you to collect at a branch , they can not assit with home loans or even car fianace .</p> <p> </p> <p>All these I've had to do myself , so I ask you WHAT IS THE POINT !!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
