Private client/forex offering pathetic

<p>Recently became a so called "private client" of fnb and I must say I'm appalled. </p> <p> </p> <p>Traveled tp to the U.K., needed a replacement for my cash passport card. The ***number they give for assistance does not work! Regardless of which country code use (U.K. Or rsa - mind you, they don't even tell you which country code to use)</p> <p> </p> <p>Tried contacting my so called "private banker" and she hasn't picked up the phone in the past month I've been a so called "private client" so far, nor has she returned my call, EVER. Not even the suite number is being responded to. Have to wait 24 hrs to be responded via email. This is ****************</p> <p> </p> <p>higher fees, and for what??? Benefits are absolutely ZERO value</p>
