Private client fees paid, no service

Not able to change my bank statement language from Afrikaans to English.

Paying a fee for a “private client” but they are not able to assist. We are paying these fees in order to NOT be required to go to the branch.

I have already paid money towards my visa fees, more than 20k, but without assistance from my private banker with English Statements.

My visa appointment is on Monday 30 December 2024.
