Private client fees but no private banker

Dear FNB i am a private client but to date i have no been allocated a private banker? Why them am i paying the fee to be a private client? In these tough economic times you should be fighting to provide service. Please contact me as i would like to move back to my old account. Being a private client and paying an extra R250pm for no service or no private client benefit doesn't make sense to me.
