Private client division (no help to increase limit)

I requested my limit to be increased since 15 August 2022 I was told to send a quotation which was sent and told to wait 24hours. It's almost a week and I've been following daily to no response. The private banker which I had was moved to business division no communication was sent I've been waiting ever since to get the new one.
