Private Client consultant

I was offered an opportunity to upgrade my account to a private client by Olga Dube for a trial period of 3 months with no charges, to my surprise I was being charged 400+ that I did not agree to. I later asked her to downgrade me and refund my money. The below was sent from her on 29th November 2023, I sent her a response email and she never responded since.

The account has been downgraded, however, we await recalculation and refund of the fees.
