Private Client banker is a "Useless thing" don't believe it.

I am a new private banking clients. I switch from Absa but I regret now. Absa Premium banking is far better than this. There is no such thing as private client. call centre just rings. Pathetic. Absa normal savings account get better service than so called private client. None sense. CCD is another disaster. To get delivery was a mission. They don't phone you to arrange delivery than keep sending you message that we were unable to speak to you. I am considering going back to Absa.
