Private client account upgrade - Big Mistake

I was contacted by FNB several times to upgrade to a private client package. Eventually I agreed. Their couriers took more than a week to deliver my cards, at the same time Duncan Morris Administrator FNB Premier and Business banking was on my case, threatening to destroy my cards. My cards were delivered eventually. Few hours ago I discovered that my old and credit cards were deactivated. I know I took long to check if everything was in order forgetting that with FNB anything can go wrong, and no one can give you an explanation that makes sense. Can someone from FNB help please? My private banker?
