Private client ****

I am Private client with FNB & have taken a few products with them, your life cover & short term insurance for my vehicle. My experience has been the worst so far. I had to request for a tow truck & apparently I could not be assisted due the policy not active. The policy went up by R150 & I was double debited & in these tough times where do I get the money for such a clumsy mistake. No apology & a few consultants called but I was not satisfied with their response. My overall insurance with FNB has been the worst by far.
