Private banking, what a joke from Fnb Bank

Horrible experience with Fnb. You would not believe that I am even a Private client and they deduct huge fees every month off my account for poor service. Had a personal dispute with business and Fnb blocked my credit card and claimed to be investigating but the investigator never called me or even management to ascertain the issue and now they have reversed my money. Sent numerous email to managers one of them Amanda and she never responded and even Siyabonga Naife who works on ***** but he never bothered. No one communicates despite being always told you have a private banker at your fingertips. Am done with Fnb hey, it has taken more than 2 months and no solution except them acting like the big brother. Am sure to take this to the Ombudsman maybe someone can assist me
