Private banking service useless.
Dear FNB, am very disappointed with your private banking services. I had a matter that has been open for more than 5 days now relating to the financing offer that assigned to me by FNB. Now that am asking for that be executed am having issues. Now i have been following up with my private banker with no response and today I decided to call only to be told that my banker is on leave returning next. No communication what so ever to notify me that my banker will be on leave and who will helping me in his absence, then what the use of having a private banker if they are not there when you need them?

28 Jun 2023, 12:57At the same time can you please engage with Joel Mokoena from Wesbank who does not want to give me the vehicle finance offered to me by FNB of prime (11.75) less 3.87 which should be 7.88%? I have been fighting this battle with him and he is just not helpful and this is causing delays with collection of me car. Application Ref No: ***
