Private banking service does not exist

Hi, this is now the second time that I'm writing about non existant service delivery from FNB private banking. Previously I dealt with Stefan Kruger, to switch from my previous assigned private banker to a new one, we had an initial meeting etc., though now when asking a simple service of lowering my credit card limit, I receive no service. I've asked for this via the online banking portal, and via email, with follow up (since the 24/25th of July).

How is this even possible, as I would expect this to be a basic service, and easily done. Needless to say, I'm fed up with the service, and I'm requesting that I be taken off the private client service, and switched to the gold option, where at least I'll pay banking fees and receive service what I pay for. I also request that when this is done, seeing that I've received no service but pay a premium for some service at least, that I get refunded on the banking fees, as well as that I would not expect to pay any banking charges for switching over to another option.

Service like this, has made me start exploring new options, like Capitec especially.

Please get your act together FNB!

Sean

Reviewer Update

I see no further progress on resolving this issue, as I've not been contacted or anything since lodging this complaint. This is really getting ridiculous!
