Private banking not up to standards

Dear FNB,

Your so called "Private Banking" is absolute *******. I have spent the last 2 hours chatting to 3 different consultants to get 1 basic question answered. Why 3 consultants? Because all 3 consultants (Didintle Gaebee, Nehemia Hortense and Neo Sothoane) rudely closed the chat without any warning or concluding our discussion (even though I do think technical issues was responsible for Nehemia's sudden lack of correspondence. Quantity over quality is never a good policy.

I also believe that you are unfairly overcharging me on interest but wouldn't know since crying toddlers with headsets would have been more helpful than your consultants.

Why am I even paying for this service?
