PRIVATE BANKING - NO VALUE

at it again!!!! BEING a private client at FNB has no VALUE. Agents does not get back to you with an unresolved query!!! SINCE NOVEMBER 2019, getting transfereed from person to person to person! never ending...... answer stays the same " WE HAVE ESCALTED YOUR QUERY" wondering how much escalations is needed TIME TO MOVE ON!!!!!
