Private Banking means nothing!

I contacted my private banker requesting debit orders being cancelled. For 3 months now, those debit orders remain on the account and I get penalised for not honouring them. I've sent numerous messages and voice mails for my private banker to contact me, to no avail. I guess being a client for more than 10 years means nothing.

So this is how this query is being handled so far... Get a call from a call centre agent, tell my story all over again and gets promised he will sort it out. The following day I queried the progress and someone else phones me, need to tell my story over again. Then my "so-called" private banker arrives on the scene to take over, requesting details, which I sent today, only to learn that he is on leave. This is getting out of hand and you have one very frustrated customer at the moment. Can someone that has the authority to actuall make decisions please phone me as I'm ready to go on a rampage!!!
