Private Banking isn’t Private at FNB - ***** is allowed

I don’t understand how my bank allowed cash withdrawals in Indonesia to go off, when I’m sitting in Cape Town. Whereas when I travel I need to inform my bank of my travel dates or else my transactions would fail. I’m supposed to be protected by my bank. Three transactions has gone off, which is not my behavior. Why am I paying Private Banking fees? I feel most unsafe now as a Private Banker at FNB. Now I need to wait for their outcome who will take up to 10 days to get feedback! FNB, you get my money back for me ASAP and you make sure that I never have to experience this again!!!
